摘要
本文借鉴国外高校助学贷款运行机制的经验,对湖南高校助学贷款的机制整合和模式构建进行了分析和研究。
This paper analyzes the integration of the state stipend loan mechanism as well as the model construction in Hunan province by referring to the operation system and the experience conducted in the colleges, and universities in foreign countries.
