摘要
韩德培教授是我国著名的法学家、教育家和社会活动家。他一生著作等身,宏论盖世,为人谦逊,治学严谨。他研究的领域十分广泛,有宪法、法理、国际公法、国际经济法、国际私法、环境法与法学教育等。韩德培教授的法律思想发展过程分为形成、成熟与升华三个阶段;其法律思想具有务实性、开创性与丰富性等特点,具有解决中国实际问题和促进国家立法等诸多理论价值和现实意义。
Mr. HAN Depei is a famous Jurist, educationalist and social practitioner of China. During his life time, he writes numerous essays and issues magnificent theories covering a lot of legal fields. His manner is humble and does research rigorously. The domains he studies are widespread, such as Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, public international law, international economic law, private international law, environmental law, and legal education. The development of his legal thoughts may be divided into three stages, the formation stage, the mature stage and the sublimation stage. His legal thoughts are characterized by practical, innovational and abundant. His legal thoughts have important theoretic and practical significance such as the basis of policy-making, resolutions for practical problems in China, the promotion of country＇s legislation and so on.
