摘要
针对水泥厂生料配料系统,为解决其配比调整的随机性,提出将基于知识的专家系统应用于生料配料控制当中的方法,通过专家系统的控制规则,对原料的配比进行自动调整,使得率值能够稳定地被控制在要求的范围之内。在嵌入专家系统工具CLIPS的VC++环境下和MATLAB环境下,对设计的配料控制系统进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,应用专家系统提高了配料的准确性、实时性与自动化程度。
Aiming at raw mixing system in cement plant,and in order to solve the randomness of adjusting mixture ratio,a new method was put forward that knowledge based expert system can be used in raw mixing control.The proportion of materials is adjusted automatically by control rules of expert systems so that the modulus value of meal is kept in a certain range. MATLAB and Visual C++ combining with CLIPS which is a kind of expert system tools are applied respectively to simulate the designed mixture control system.The result of simulation shows that the veracity,real-time nature and the level of automatization are all improved by using expert system.
