湿能空调性能测试台的设计与实现

摘要 介绍了一种以溶液为媒介的全热回收装置和制冷系统相结合的新风空调机——湿能空调机,它主要由送风模块,除湿模块,温度调节模块,再生模块等部分组成。简要阐述了其结构与工作原理,详细介绍了其测控系统,包括含有高精度仪表和传感器的硬件系统和有采集等功能齐全的软件系统,进行了性能试验测试,并对试验结果进行了分析总结。经一年的测试运行,系统稳定可靠。 This paper introduces a new type green air conditioner with liquid desiccant total heat recovery combined refrigeration system.It mainly constitutes of air delivery module,dehumidification module,temperature-adjusting module and regenerator module.Its configuration and operating principles were introduced simply. Testing system is described in detail.It contains hardware system with precision instruments and transducers and software system with multifunction.After performance experiment testing,the result is analyzed and summarized. By running testing for one year,testing system is steady and reliable.
