摘要
复习了脑卒中的近况及急救新进展,叙述了卒中单元是急救卒中的新模式,提出了治疗新理念。阐明溶栓和“鸡尾酒”脑保护等措施的重要性,但要辨证处理和个体化治疗。
The advance in current status and emergence measures of cerebral stroke is reviewed. The stroke unit is a new mode of emergency of stroke. A new idea for management of stroke is introduced. The importance of thrombolysis and cocktails neuroprotective therapy is elaborated,but the symptom-distinguishing management and individual therapy should be necessary too.
