摘要
采用共沉淀--煅烧法制备了CeO2-Y2O3-ZrO2(CYZ)三元复合氧化物陶瓷粉末.所制备的CYZ粉末为稳定的四方相结构,在高于1400℃的温度下煅烧,其流动性大为改善,可用于等离子喷涂.
CeO 2-Y 2 O 3-ZrO 2 (CYZ) composite ceramicpowder was prepared by thecopre-cipitation-calcination method. The tetragonal CYZ powder can beobtained with the calcination temperature up to 500℃. The CYZ powderwhich was sintered at 1 450℃ and then grinded has good flowability andcan be used in plasma spray coatings.
