摘要
利用炉顶煤气分布、所用的原燃料特性及鼓风多数等因素研制出一种数学模型.用这种数学模型来判断软馆带形状与位五,可及时了解高炉的运行情况,对改进高炉操作有一定的实用价值.随着高炉装各的技术进步及对模型的进一步跟踪和改进,此模型必将在生产中发挥愈来愈大的作用.
A mathematical model has bon developed by using the distributjon of furnace roof gas,the properties of raw fuel and the parameters of blast. The model is employed to determine form and position of cohesive zone,so that it is enabled to grasp in time the operating state of BF,having some practical values for the BF operation improvement. It will play a progressively larger roll in the production with the technical progression of BF and further improvement and trace of the model.
