摘要 在选矿过程中,由于添加碱性pH调整剂及分散剂,使选矿尾矿水呈高碱性、高蚀度,不经处理不能得到合格排放。通过对黄麦岭尾矿水处理的研究,从“以废治废”的原则出发,推荐了采用从本企业硫酸厂生产废料生产的硫酸亚铁作为凝聚剂的处理方案,经一次处理能达到合格排放。介绍了在小试基础上进行的连续扩大试验所得到的有益结论。 Due to adding alkaline conditioning agent of pH value and dispersant in the course of ore dressing ,the tailing water was of high alkalinity and corrosivity and impossible to get permission of qualified dramage without pretreatment.Through study of controlling tailing water of Huang Mai Ling and starting from the principle of controlling waste by means of utilization of waste ,the ferrous sulfate produced in the sulphuric acid plant of this enterprise was recommended as coagulator to harness tailing water.In this paper ,the valuable conclusion made through continuously enlarged experiments was introduced.
