摘要
黑龙江垦区作为率先实现农业现代化基地,在农业科技服务体系建设中应结合垦区的特色和发展格局,走“龙头企业+科研单位+中介组织(或专业协会)”的发展模式。这种模式立足总局、分局及农场引导、项目推动、专家牵头、企业带动、农户参与的农业科技示范点,通过示范点的辐射、带动作用,形成一批科技服务体系实体,推进科研成果转化,促进农场职工致富。
Heilongjiang reclamation area serves as the first base to carry out agricultural modernization, and it should combine with reclamation areal character and development pattern in the building of agricultural scientific and technological service system, adopting the development pattern of faucet enterprise, scientific research unit and intermediary organization. This model keeps a foothold on head office, branch and farm - leading, project - promoting, experts - guiding, enterprise - driving, farmer - participating as agriculture scientific and technological test points, and through radiation and leading role of these tests points, reclamation area forms a set of scientific and technological service system entity, promoting transform of scientific and tecnological achievement, thus resulting in making farming staff rich.
