摘要
全文运用范畴理论,从明喻的定义入手,分析what在明喻引导词范畴中的地位,指出在明喻界定中普遍存在着忽视明喻边缘范畴的误区,并就what引导的说明型明喻结构的变式进行探讨。
This paper, by examining the definitione of simile, investigates in the category of simile the role of the simile introduced by the acknowledging word what, and points out the deficiency in the traditional definitions of simile, which usually cover the prototype or near prototype category. It also exemplifies the three structures of the illustrative simile under discussion.
