摘要
根据负荷控制管理系统的发展趋势,提出充分利用现有资源,发展新的功能。探讨充分利用远方抄表、负荷分析预测、反窃电、IC卡售电、终端控制等,完善DSM(电力需求侧管理)的需要。
On the development tendency of load control management system, the paper syggests to make full use of available reeources to exploit new functions. It also discusses such questions as how to utilize fully distant tablereading ,load analysis and prediction, how to prevent stealing power, how to sell power by IC card and how to control from the terminal and the aim of the discussion is to perfect the requirement of DSM.
