摘要
农村科技传播是新农村建设的主要组成部分,农民是农村科技信息的接受者,因此农民文化素质对新农村建设起着非常重要的作用。本文分析了黑龙江省农民文化素质现状以及造成农民文化素质偏低的几个原因,提出了提高农民文化素质的对策建议。
The transmission of science and technology in country is important part has important significance and takes special effect in science and benign cycle of science and technology innovation - science and technology innovation - increasing public science accomplishment. This paper analyzed structure model of the transmission of science and technology, discussed open dynamic circular system mode of the transmission of science and technology and the transmission of science and technology boosting the mechanism of science and technology innovation.
