DNA甲基化对甲胎蛋白基因表达的调节

摘要 甲胎蛋白是胚胎期主要的血清蛋白,有着重要的诊断意义及生物学功能。由于甲胎蛋白基因组织和发育的特异性表达,其可作为研究真核基因调控的典型模型。甲胎蛋白基因的调控主要是转录水平的,而DNA甲基化是基因表达调控中一种常见而又重要的机制,了解甲基化对甲胎蛋白基因表达的调控有着重要意义。
