摘要
直升机被越来越多的应用于引航员接送,而大部分船舶缺少直升机作业的经验。结合国内外发展现状,分析了直升机作业的程序和注意事项,并在培训、演习等方面提出一些建议。
More and more helicopters are used to transfer pilots for vessels,but a lot of navigators of ships are short of relevand experience.The author introduces the status quo of the domestic and overseas,and analyses the procedure of the ship/helicopter operation,and give some useful advice on seafarers＇ training and exercise.
