摘要
在镀锌板磷化液基础配方中加入不同的金属离子,研究其对磷化膜的影响。结果表明,金属离子对磷化膜耐硫酸铜点滴时间影响较大;对磷化膜的形貌影响也比较大;在所加入的金属离子中,含Cu2+的磷化膜附着力比含Mn2+、Ni2+的更好。
The effects of the phosphating solution on the phosphating film are studied by changing various metal ions. The results show that metal ions have a greater affection on the dropping time of copper sulfate in the corrosion resistance test of phosphating film ; the effects of their content on the appearance of the film are more obvious too; and the adhesive strength of phosphating film containing Cu^2+ is better than that of Mn^2+ and Ni^2+ among the three kinds of metal ions added.
