摘要
物品的特性决定了物品的供给模式。文章运用公共物品理论探寻了港口整体的技术经济特征,并对港口物品特征进行归类分析。在总结了公共物品供给理论模式的基础上,提出了适于各类港口物品供给的理论模式,最后分析了港口物品供给模式选择的影响因素。
The characteristics of goods decide supply model. This paper gives an overall analysis of the hightech economic characteristics of port, and adopts a conductive approach to port goods. It provides an all-compatible theoretical model for port goods after a summary of the relevant discussions and changes. It finally analyzes the factors influencing the selection of port supply model, providing theoretical support for the wave of privatization begun in the 1970s.
