摘要 目的探讨活化血小板对内皮细胞表达TFPI影响及机制研究。方法建立活化血小板与人脐静脉内皮细胞的共孵育体系(细胞比例10∶1),应用RT-PCR检测内皮细胞组织因子抑制物(TFPI)表达的变化。结果活化血小板与内皮细胞共孵育8h后,TFPImRNA的表达无明显变化。结论活化血小板通过CD40与CD154信号传递途径并不能增强内皮细胞TFPI的表达。 [Objection] To investigate the effects of activated platelets on the expression of tissue factor pathway inhibitor in vascular endothelial cells. [Methods] Building activated platelets (either induced or non-induced) were co-incubated with cultured human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) (cells scale: 10:1). TFPI mRNA expression in HUVECs was analysed by reverse transcription polyrnerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) procedure. [Re- salt] After 8 hours of the co-incubated activated platelets and human umbilical vein endothelial cells, TFPI mRNA expression in HUVECs did not change. [Conclusion] CD154 expressed on activated platelets can not perform the fuction in up-regulating TFPI expression in endothelial cells.
