摘要
教师动态管理是一个涵盖教师人力资源的获取、使用、调节、激励、控制与开发的有机过程,是进一步调动教师积极性,深入推进素质教育的时代发展需要。探索新时期构建中小学教师动态管理机制的有效途径无疑颇具意义。动态管理机制源于现代管理理论,并衍生到中小学教师管理领域,是构建中小学教师动态管理机制的重要理论来源;中小学教师动态管理机制具有鲜明的自身特征。我市在中小学教师管理工作中的诸多实践,为探索构建中小学教师动态管理机制的可能性途径提供了现实依据。
Dynamic administration is an organic measurement on the teacher resources by obtaining, utilizing, adjusting, inspiring, controlring and developing. It can furtherly encourage the teacher' s enthusiasm, and prmoting the quality education of the time. Dynamic administration construction is derived from the Modem administration theory, and applies to the field of administration on the middle and primary school teachers(MPST). The dynamic admistration construction on the MPST is from the general dynamic administration construction theory, but it has its own markable characteristics. Practise and experience of the adminstration work in middle and primary school is the basic support for the feasibility of analyzing the dynamic administration on the MSPT.
