摘要
依据电网安全稳定运行标准,结合安全预防3E原则,采用事故树分析、人工智能技术和基于HLA(高层体系结构)的分布交互式仿真技术相结合的方法,研究开发区域电网故障仿真系统,利用该系统对电网安全运行管理的相关技术人员进行故障仿真技术培训,不断提高技术人员对事故的判断、处理故障的能力,积累处理各种类型异常和故障的经验,从而预防电网安全事故的发生。
According to operation standard of safety and stabilization on electric power networks and 3E principle for safety precautions, simulation system for fault of regional electric power gird is studied and developed associating with fault tree analysis,artificial intelligence technology, and distributed interactive simulation based on HLA. Related technician administrating safety of electric power networks through simulation system can improve their ability of fault judgment and treatment after training. Their experience in dealing with various kinds of abnormality and fault helps prevent accidence of electric power networks.
