摘要
目的：探讨肿胀吸脂术联合小切口乳腺切除术矫正男性乳房肥大的效果。方法：17例男性乳房肥大患者均采用肿胀吸脂术联合小切口乳腺切除术进行治疗。结果：所有患者乳房肥大消除，外形满意，手术切口隐蔽。结论：肿胀吸脂术联合小切口乳腺切除术是一种可取的矫正男性乳房肥大的手术方法。
Objective：To discuss the effect of tumescent liposuction technique combined with trans-areolar micro-incision for simple mastectomy on correction of male gynecomastia. Methods：Tumescent liposuction technique combined with trans-areolar micro-incision for simple mastectomy was performed in 17 patients with male gynecomastia. Results ：In these 17 cases, hypermastia was satisfactorily removed with good external appearance and unnoticed incision scar. Conclusion：Tumescent liposuction technique and trans-areolar micro-incision for simple mastectomy is a useful alternative in the treatment of male gynecomastia.
