明确了新农村规划的要点,从提高农村生产力、促进农村资源的合理配置和有效利用、建设农村基础服务设施等方面就新农村规划进行了深入探讨,从而有针对性地解决农村的一些问题,为促进新农村建设的顺利进行提供保障。
Keynots in new rural planning are elaborated. From increasing productive power, rational distribution and utilization of resources, construction of service facilities and other aspects new rural planning is discussed. According to the problems existed resolving measures are proposed in order to ensure smooth running for new rural construction.
