摘要
本文拟从对孝的提倡和法律约束两方面考察唐代的孝,以“善事父母“为中心。唐代统治者通过蠲免课役、授官、载入史册、改乡里名称以示旌表、州县存问等方式倡导孝义之行;同时唐代也重视从法制上给孝道以约束,甚至将原本属于伦理道德范畴的部分行为规范为法律行为,这就为唐代的孝行打下了基础。
The purpose of the thesis is to probe the filial piety in Tang dynasty from the recommendation and legal protection. The governors advocated filial piety by means of legal regulations and restrictions, exen transferred some moral standards to legal regulations. This was the basis of Tang dynasty.
