IPTV正处于起步阶段,却已经显露出强劲的发展势头,电视技术与网络技术相结合的IPTV给远程教育带来了巨大的推动。究竟什么是IPTV,它和数字电视又有哪些不同,本文在这些问题的基础上,探讨IPTV能为远程教学带来的便利。
This paper discusses the differences of digital TV and IPTT （Intemet Protocol Television）, which is a brand-new technology, unifying Internet, telecom net, and TV net. The coming of IPTT has greatly promoted and benefited teleinstruction.
