摘要
由于在知识产权保护的适用过程中过分地保护权利人的利益以及发达国家以高标准的知识产权保护要求发展中国家,由此引起了学术界的讨论,主要有两种思潮:知识产权怀疑论和反知识产权论。从知识产权保护对发展权的天然支持,知识产权保护作为手段对发展权的激励及知识产权保护的终极目标可知知识产权保护促进了人的发展权。
Because of the over - protection of the interests of obligec in the application of intellectual property and high standards on the devdoping counties from those developed, debate raises among academic circles. There are mainly two ideas： one is the suspicion, the other the anti - intellectual property. We can make a conclusion the protection of intellectual property speeds the right of human being＇ s development from its natural support,promoting as a method and ultimate goal.
