摘要
介绍了日本农协会的功能及得以发展的条件,得到对中国建立农民合作经济组织的启示:农民合作经济组织应该是农产品流通过程中的参与或组织者,履行其职责得到农民的认可,立法支持及为农民提供全方位服务。
Functions and development conditions of agricultural associations in Japan were introduced and its enlightenment to farmers＇ economic cooperation organizations in China was elaborated, Farmers＇ economic cooperation organizations should be the organizer or participant in the process of agricultural production distribution, which should approved by farmers and supported by the law. Therefore, the organizations could provide all round service for farmers.
