摘要
以南京市江宁区为例,运用生态足迹方法寻找可持续发展平衡点,在此基础上构建研究区域建设用地容纳能力的方法。首先以江宁区2004年数据检验所构建的研究方法,证明方法可行。然后通过预测得到2010、2020年江宁区建设用地的容纳能力分别为440 78.15、484 98.43 hm2。通过数据分析,说明区域建设用地的容纳能力会随着单位建设用地增加所带来的资源消耗的减少而会有所增大。
Taking Jiangning district of Nanjing city as a study case, the equilibrium point of sustainable development was found out by using ecological footprint method. A method for calculating regional construction land capacity was set up, which was proved to be feasible with study method constructed by data checking of jiangning district in 2004. Through prediction the regional construction land capacity of Jiangning in 2010 and 2020 would be 44 078.15 hm^2 and 48 498.43 hm^2, respectively. Through data analysis, the construction land capacity would increase with the decrease of consumption of natural resource caused by unit construction land increasing.
