摘要
用CIRAS-1型光合作用测定系统对田间生长的寒富苹果叶片发育过程中光合特性进行了研究。结果表明:随着叶面积的增大,净光合速率逐渐升高,萌芽后35 d左右趋于稳定。叶片完全展开后(萌芽后35 d),寒富苹果的光饱和点和补偿点分别为1 552μmol/mol和29μmol/mol;CO2饱和点和补偿点分别为1 433μmol/mol和109μmol/mol。
The photosynthetic characteristics of Hanfu apple were studied by using the CIRAS-1 portable photosynthetic system. Resuhs showed that the photosynthetic rate increased as leave unfolded and became stable gradually. After leave unfolded completely, light compensation and saturation points of Hanfu apple were 29 μmol/mol and 1 552 μmol/mol, respectively, CO/compensation and saturation points were 109μmol/mol and 1 433μmol/mol, respectively.
