摘要
随着环境保护要求的日益提高,建设室内大型贮煤槽将是焦化厂今后设计的一种趋向。大型贮煤槽下料顺畅问题是设计的关键,在设计中贮煤槽锥体部位采用双曲线等截面均匀下料;斗嘴内壁需衬超高分子量聚乙稀板;采用高能破拱助流器布置于斗嘴壁周围。在斗嘴壁、排煤设备和斗嘴下带式输送机处,设置排水系统。
With the ever-increasing enhancement of environmental protection requirement, to build largescale indoor coal storage bin is a tendency in future design of the coking plant. The smooth coal falling issue in large-scale coal storage bin is the key for design, in the design the cone portion of coal storage bin adopts the hyperbolic equal section uniform coal falling technology, the inner wall at outlet is required to be lined with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene board, the adopted high energy bridging breaking and flow assistant device is arranged around the outlet wall. The water drainage system is provided at the locations of the outlet wall, coal discharging equipment and belt conveyor under the outlet.
