仿生非光滑表面磨损试验方案设计的研究 被引量:2

摘要 非光滑表面对耐磨性有影响,并且不同的非光滑表面对耐磨性的影响是不同的。为了研究非光滑形态凹坑的耐磨性规律,分别进行了非光滑凹坑表面磨损试验D-最优设计和2种均匀试验方案设计的研究。考虑到各种实际条件,综合比较最后选择以将温度为条件因素,大小、距离、分布、速度、负荷、时间为试验因素的均匀设计方案来进行试验。 According to the investigation of the bionics, the unsmooth topography of some biology have the function of reducing soil adhesion and sliding resistance, and well wear resistance, which provides a new way to investigate the wear resistance of material. Several tested schemes were designed by using the D-optimal design method and two uniform-distribution methods. The result indicates that the uniform distribution method, which takes the temperature as the conditional factor and takes the size, distance, distributing, speed, load and time as the experiment factors simultaneously, has much more influence on the wear resistance than other schemes in the same experimental conditions.
