摘要
正当我国生态状况处于治理与破坏相持阶段的重要时刻,加强生态建设,维护生态安全依然是当前林业生产的首要任务。文章提出了生态林业建设的指导思想、建设原则、建设目标、步骤。论述了生态林业建设的功能分区、战略布局,其建设内容包括林业生态体系、产业体系、支持与保障体系。
It is of the first importance for current forestry production to strengthen ecological construction and to maintain ecological security at the critical time when the ecological status quo in China is stalemated at the stages between the control and undermining. The paper proposes the guidelines, principles, objectives and procedures for the ecological forestry building. It also elaborates forestry＇ s functional zone, strategic layout and contents including 3 systems namely forestry ecological system, forestry industry system, and support and guarantee system.
