摘要
介绍了利用三菱FX2N系列PLC对数控加工中心刀具库选择的控制,阐述了控制方案,同时根据数控加工中心刀具库选择的控制要求和特点,确定PLC的输入输出分配,设计出梯形图并进行现场调试。
This paper introduces the control of selecting cutter library of CNC machining cent by using the Mitsubishi FX2N series of PLC and ehborates the scheme of control At the same time, according to the requirements and characteristics of selecting cutter library of CNC machining cent, it confirms the allocation of I/O, designs the trapezoidal chart, and carries out the scene debugging.
