with a profound analysis of the try-cut Adjusting-tool and Offset-setting in GSK980T NC lathe, this essay presents the following method: manual try-out+ measurement + offset-setting + auto try-out + measurement + adjustment offset-setting, which can greatly improve the dimensional precision of turning and the machining efficiency.
