摘要
目的:建立三七散中三种皂苷含量的反相高效液相色谱测定法。方法:以Hypersil-C18(i.d.4.6×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱,0.02%磷酸-乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱反相测定三七散中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1三种皂苷的含量,检测波长为203nm。结果:R1、Rg1、Rb1三种皂苷的加样回收率分别为88.68%、91.66%、82.21%;线性范围分别为0.245~6.118、0.823~20.511、0.393~9.892。结论:本方法简便可行,结果可靠,可用于三七散的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a RP- HPLC method for the determination of three saponin in Panax pseudo-ginseng powder. Method: The chromatographic condition included Hypersil - C18 analysis column (4.6 × 250 mm, 5 um ), mobile phase of acetonitrile - 0.02 % phosphonic acid solution. Panax pseudo-ginseng saponin R1, panaxsaponin Rgl and Rbl were gradient elution and detected by RP- HPLC. The wavelength was 203 nm. Result: The R1, Rgland Rb1's spotting recovery were 88.68 96,91.66 96,82.21%. Linear range was 0. 245-6. 118, 0. 823-20. 511, 0. 393-9. 892 respectively. Conclusion: This method was proved to be simple, accurate and can be used for quality control of Panax pseudo-ginseng powder.
