摘要
目的优选壳聚糖精制红花水提液的工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交设计表,以羟基红花黄色素A得率为指标,应用高效液相色谱法测定含量,对壳聚糖精制红花工艺进行优化。结果最佳工艺为A3B2C1,即将药液浓缩至生药∶药液=1∶6,壳聚糖加入量为0.4 ml/g生药,放置时间6 h。结论壳聚糖絮凝法澄清效果好,经济实用,可用于红花水提液的精制。
Objective To optimize refinement of Carthamus tinctorius L. by chitosan flocculation. Methods Applying the L9 (3^4 ) of orthogonat design and high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC), with the yield rate of hydroxy safflower yellow A. as the index. Results The optimized condition was A3 B2 C1, which was that medicinal herb: physic liquor = 1:6, the addition of chitosan was 0.4 ml/g medicinal herb, setting 6 hours. Conclusion Chitosan flocculation method was effective and economic for the clarification and can be used in the refinement of Carthamus tinctorius L.
