摘要
目的测定夏枯草中熊果酸的含量。方法薄层扫描法。结果熊果酸在0．314—1．570ug范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好（r=0．9992），平均回收率为99．3％，精密度实验RSD=1．86％。结论该方法可用于夏枯草的质量控制。
Objective To determine the content of ursolic acid in Prunella vulgaris L Methods TLC - Scanning method. Results Ursolic acid had a good linear relationship with peak area score when its sample size was within the range of 0. 314 - 1. 570 ug （r =0. 999 2）, the average recovery was 99.3%. Conclusion This method can be served as a quality control method for Prunella vulgaris L.
