摘要
通过对铝合金粘接接头的胶粘剂层力学分析,结合胶粘剂的力学性能,在线性Drucker- Prager屈服判据基础上导出相应失效模型。采用相应模型进行有限元计算,并用试验结果验证了粘接接头的有限元计算模型;模拟得到了单搭接接头失效分布曲线,并与相应的应力分布曲线、σ_m/σ_0分布曲线进行比较。结果表明:用修正的线性Drucker-Prager屈服判据得到的单搭接接头失效分布曲线分析接头失效过程更为有效。
A failure calculating model of adhesion ioint was set up based on linear Drucker-Prager yield criterion, mechanical analysis of localized structure of adhesion joint and mechanical behavior of adhesive. The model was adopted to mate finite element simulation calculation and was verified by experimental results. Compared with stress distribution and σm/σ0 distribution curves, the failure distribution curve of single lap joint, which was get by modifying the linear Drucker-Prager yield criterion, was proved to be more effective.
