电磁连铸Al-1%Si棒材的组织和力学性能 被引量:1

Structure and Mechanical Properties of Al-1%Si Bar Material Prepared by Electromagnetic Continuous Casting

摘要 采用电磁连铸和普通连铸技术制备了Al-1%Si合金棒材,对其微观组织及力学性能进行了分析。结果表明:电磁连铸技术得到的合金晶粒细小,且硅的分布比较均匀;其硬度比普通连铸得到的合金提高6%,抗拉强度提高7.2%,伸长率提高21.2%;其断口表面韧窝比较深,韧性好,且有大量滑移线存在。 The electromagnetic continuous casting (EMCC) and direct chill continuous casting (DCC) methods were used to make Al-1% Si alloy, respectively. The crystal structure and mechanical properties were analyzed. Compared with DCC, EMCC ingots have more fine size of grain and the element Si distributed uniformly; the hardness, tensile strength and elongation are increased by about 6%, 7. 2% and 21.2% respectively; the dimple of fracture face is deeper; the toughness is higher; and there are numerous slip lines.
