摘要
首先研究了双端声表面波谐振器的一些特点,然后从传感技术角度,给出了一种不用延迟线而采用谐振器(SAWR)对有机气体检测的新方法。
The properties of two-port SAW resonators have been studied, then from the point of view of transducer technology, a new method for the detection of organic gases by using two-port SAW resonator rather than by using SAW delay-line is presented.
