摘要
提出一种基于伺服控制的经编机电子横移系统。该系统以单片机作为系统控制核心,工控机为系统支撑,三菱伺服为执行机构,实现了高效花型传输、存储、参数设定以及生产监控等功能,具有传统的机械式经编机横移机构不可比拟的优势,对今后国内经编机的改造具有重要参考价值。
This puts forward one kind of electronic shogging system of warp knitting machine based on the servo control,which uses the single-chip as a key control element,the industrial computer as system support and the Mitsubishi servo control as the execution unit,thus achieving the functions of high-efficient pattern data transfer,data saving,parameter setup and production monitoring. It can be concluded that this kind of shogging system is much superior to the traditional mechanical system and can be used as an important reference for the consequent modification of domestic warp knitting machines.
