摘要
对建筑电气安装工程中常见的施工质量问题:电气安装单位施工资质及工程承包范围的问题;常用电气主要设备和材料质量问题;导线穿管、连接、包扎及电线管敷设问题;吊顶内配管问题;配电箱体、线盒、吊钩预埋问题;开关、插座、灯具、吊扇安装问题;防雷、接地问题,进行了分析,提出了预防措施。
There are some often-seen construction quality problems in building electrical installation engineering as follows： problems of qualification and contract scope of installation unit; quality problems of main equipments and materials; connection, binding of conductors and its pipelines burying; problems of pipelines in ceil; problems of pre-bury of box, case, hook; installation problemsofswitch, socket, luminaire, suspended fan; problems of lightning protection and earthing. The paper analyzes these problems and gives prevention measures.
