摘要
目的探讨小儿腰椎穿刺方法,提高穿刺成功率。方法根据小儿解剖、生理特点,对传统方法加以改进,采用1次性静脉穿刺头皮针或肌肉注射针头进行腰穿。结果改进后成功率明显提高,1次穿刺成功率达98%。结论用头皮针或普通肌肉注射针头取代传统腰穿针进行小儿腰穿有一定优越性。
[Objective] To study new methods of lumbar puncture in children and improve the achievement ratio. [Methods] According to the features of children＇ s anatomy and physiological functions, we improve the traditional methods of lumbar puncture with the scalp acupuncture for venepuncture or needles for intramuscular injection. [Results] The achievement ratio of lumbar puncture with new methods is notably improved to 98%. [Conclusion] The new methods with the scalp acupuncture for venepuncture or needles for intramuscular injection has obviously superior to traditional lumbar puncture.
