摘要
目的分析该院普外科围手术期患者抗感染用药情况，并作出客观的评价。方法抽取2006年5-12月普外科手术病例100份，统计围手术期抗菌药物的应用情况。结果围手术期抗菌药物使用率为100％，使用最多的为头孢类，术前≤2h的占73％，〉2h的占22％，未用的为5％；术后使用抗菌药物时间偏长。结论制定围手术期抗菌药物使用规定，强化临床医生规范用药，加大药品管理部门的监督职责。
[Objective] To analyze the application of antimicrobial drugs for preoperative patients in the general surgery department in our hospital and make objective evaluation. [Methods] Make statistic analysis of the antimierobial drug application in preoperative period from the 100 general surgical operation cases randomly drawn during the period from May to December in2006. [Results] Antimierobial drugs were used by all patients in preoperative period. Cephalosporins was the most commonly used, which 73% patients used in less than 2 h before surgery, 22% patients used more than 2 h and 5% patients did not use. Antimierobial drugs were used for comparatively longer period after surgery. [ Conclusions] Regulation for antimierobial drug application in preoperative period should be made to strengthen the rational use of drugs by clinical doctors. The supervision of drug administrative department should be reinforced.
