摘要
定义了电力营销决策支持系统,将电力营销管理业务归纳为经营业绩、管理状态、市场开发策略、典型客户和策略效益五大部分,并分别进行因素、构成、趋势和可行性分析。提出过程控制和动态跟踪管理理念,使电力营销管理的实时性和实效性得到大幅提升,决策管理能力明显加强。应用数据仓库、联机分析处理(OLAP)、数据挖掘和数据展现等信息技术,实现了企业分析型数据中心、综合查询分析中心、业务报表订阅和发布中心以及决策支持中心的建设。
The paper defines electric power marketing decision support system.Electric power marketing management service is devided into five parts,They are operating achievement,operating status,market development strategy,typical customers and plan benefit.whioh are analyzed respectively in factors, composition, trend and feasibility. The paper presents the ideas of proceeding control and dynamic trail management,with which the real-time characteristics and effect of electric marketing management would be greatly promoted.and the ability of decision-making management would be obviously strengthened.The construction of data center of business analysis, general information analysis center, report forms subscribing and issuing center and decision support center are achieved by the information technologies of data warehouse, on line analytical processing (OLAP), data mining and opening,etc.
