摘要 为了克服现有平整机控制技术中不能同时兼顾板形与延伸率精度的问题,在综合了恒延伸率控制方式和恒轧制力控制方式各自优点的基础上,提出了一套新的延伸率和板形在线综合控制方案,实现了平整轧制过程中既保证延伸率精度又满足板形要求的目标。经现场使用,效果良好,为厂方创造了大量的经济效益,具有很高的推广应用价值。 To overcome the problem that the control technology of the existing temper mill can not assure the accuracy of the shape and percentage elongation at the same time, a set of new on-line combination control scheme about the percentage elongation and the shape is brought forward that based on the combination of the merits of the control methods about constant percentage elongation and constant rolling pressure. The purpose that not only assures the precision of the percentage elongation but also meets the demand of the shape of strip is realized in the temper rolling process. Through its usage in the field ,good effectiveness is attained and great economic returns have been created for the factory. Therefore,it has great popularization and application values.
