摘要
以蒙脱土为原料,采用原位晶化的方法合成出蒙脱土/β分子筛介孔-微孔复合催化材料(MMT/β)。利用XRD、SEM-EDS、N2吸附-脱附、FT-IR和NH3-TPD对该材料分别进行表征,指出它具有蒙脱土和β分子筛的双重特征;确实由蒙脱土与β分子筛复合而成,并非二者的机械混合;具有微孔和介孔两种结构;其酸性主要集中在弱酸和中强酸,强酸较少。对影响合成的因素分析结果表明,晶化时间、晶化温度和蒙脱土用量影响显著。通过调节蒙脱土含量,可调节该材料的孔性质。
MMT/Beta compositive catalytic material has been prepared by in-situ synthesis. The compositive material were characterized by XRD, SEM-EDS, N2 adsorption-desorption, FT-IR and NH3-TPD respectively. The results showed that MMT/β has the character of both montmorillonite and zeolite Beta was a composite material, has both micropore and mesopore, and its acid intensity centralized at weak and middlestrong acid sites. The analyse of synthetical qualification indicated that crystallization time, crystallization temperature and amount of MMT have important effect on synthesization of MMT/β. The character of the pore can be adjusted via alter the amount of MMT.
