摘要
目的探讨经皮椎间盘切吸术联合经皮胶原酶溶解术治疗复杂性腰椎间盘突出症的临床价值。方法对26例传统介入治疗禁忌的复杂性腰椎间盘突出患者行经皮椎间盘切吸术联合经皮胶原酶注射溶解术,随访3-24个月,对其疗效进行观察。结果26例患者手术均顺利完成,技术成功率100%;其中显效18例,有效2例,无效6例,总有效率76.9%。未出现严重并发症。结论经皮椎间盘切吸术联合经皮胶原酶溶解术治疗复杂性腰椎间盘突出症疗效好,并发症和不良反应少,扩大了介入治疗适应证范围。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of percutaneous lumbar diskectomy combined with percutaneous collagenase chenucleolysis for treating complicated lumbar disc herniation. Methods Twenty-six patients with complicated lumbar disc herniation who can＇t be performed with traditional interventional therapy were given pereutaneous lumbar discectomy（PLD） combined with percutaneous collagenase chemonuleolysis. To analyze the effacay for 3 to 24 months followed-up. Results Twenty-six cases were performed with the operation smoothly, achievement ratio was 100%. Among the cases, 18 cases were excellent, 2 cases were good ,6 cases were failed. The total effective rate was 76.9%. There was no severity complication. Condusion It is a good method to treat complicated lumbar disc herniation with high effectiveness, enlarging the scope of interventional therapy indicatio and decrease the rate of complications and adverse effect.
