摘要
对甜高粱秆榨糖后的残渣进行化学成分分析,研究了其制浆性能。NaOH-AQ法蒸煮实验表明,其最佳蒸煮工艺为:NaOH用量18%,最高温度140℃,保温时间50min,升温时间90min,AQ用量0.05%,液比1:4。此蒸煮工艺条件下可制得高锰酸钾值6.9、细浆得率43.9%的纸浆。经CEH三段漂白,在总有效氯用量为6%时,可漂至76.5%以上的白度。此外,还对甜高粱秆渣制半化学浆进行了研究。
The pulpability of sweet sorghum stalk residue after pressing sugar juice was investigated in this paper. The optimum cooking conditions of NaOH-AQ pulping were as follows: NaOH 18%, max temperature 140℃, retention time at max temperature 50min, time to max temperature 90min, AQ 0.05%. The NaOH-AQ process with the optimum cooking conditions could produce the pulp with KMnO4 6.9 and screened yield 43.9%. The pulp could be bleached to 76.5% brightness with CEH sequence by using 6% total active chlorine dosage. In addition, the semichemical pulping of the stalk residue was also investigated. The pretreatment conditions and refining conditions were obtained, the physical strength properties of the semichemical pulp were better than that of bagasse.
