摘要
目的验证电针辅助治疗对重型脑外伤昏迷病人促醒的疗效和优越性。方法将重型脑外伤昏迷患者50例随机分成两组,电针辅助治疗组30例,常规治疗对照组20例,进行临床对比观察。结果治疗组良好率70.0%,对照组良好率40.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针辅助治疗对重型脑外伤昏迷病人的促醒有更好的疗效。
Objective To prove the efficacy and advantage of electroacupuncture-assisted treatment for resuscitating coma patients with serious brain trauma. Methods Fifty coma patients with serious brain trauma were randomly allocated to two groups, an electroacupuncture-assisted treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 20 cases for comparative observation. Results The improvement rate was 70.0% in the treatment group and 40.0% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Electroacupuncture-assisted treatment is more effective in resuscitating coma patients with serious brain trauma and worthy to be clinically popularized and applied.
