摘要
文章介绍了江西大型电厂循环流化床(CFB)锅炉及其辅助系统设备投产初期存在的主要问题,在总结其运行经验的基础上,介绍了对冷渣器及排渣系统、给煤机及给煤系统等的改进措施和优化送风系统的方法,介绍了CFB机组的运行维护及管理经验。为其他CFB机组的运行管理提供了参考借鉴。
The paper briefs the main problems existing in the initial commissioning period of circulating fluidized bed （CFB） boilers and their auxiliary systems in the large scale power plants in Jiangxi province.On the basis of summarizing their operating experiences,the paper introduces the improvement measures of slag quencher and slag extracting system,coal feeder and coal feeding system,and the optimization method of forced draft system, as well as the operation, maintenance and management experiences of CFB units.All these provide the reference for the operation and management of the other CFB units.
