摘要
露天矿卡车调度理论,是实现露天矿计算机控制卡车调度系统的依据和保证,为实现适合我国矿山特点的调度系统,对露天矿卡车调度的理论进行了系统的研究,建立了卡车调度最佳路线的网络图论求解模型、求解车流规划的多目标规划模型,并通过模拟模型,模拟分析了各实时调度准则的优劣特性与应用范围.研究表明,调度准则应当综合应用才能发挥其调度优势.并建立了由目标要求→模型构造→准则选择→目标实现的露天矿卡车调度多目标综合优化调度的模型理论.
Truck dispatching theory is the basis of computer controlled truck dispatching system in order to build up a suitable dispatching system for surface mine in our country. A systematic study of the truck dispatching theory in a surface mine is made. The network model for choosing the best path of truck dispatching and a multi objective programming model for truck fleet planning are set up. The criteria are evaluated in a simulation model and their applicable range are given. The study shows that criteria should be used comprehensively in order to take full advantages of the criteria. A theory for building up a multi objective complex optimal dispatching model for truck dispatching from object demand to model building to criteria selection to object realizing is found.
